New Year, New You, New Me, if we choose.

I've been thinking about some of the things I'd like to focus on this year, and I've come up with a list of sorts...Here it goes. I'd like to get out of San Francisco for trips near and far. Top of the dream list would be: Japan, China, Turkey, the Pacific Northwest, and the old nest of Washington DC (been missing that place). I'm feeling the pull of a road trip, not sure of where yet though, Oregon Coast? I'd like to jog to the beach more often. And I'd like to find my talents. I want to commit to a service project at least once a month, and also stay current with the New Yorker. Read the Book of Mormon again with intent. I want to cook from lots of books. Get to know less familiar ingredients. Buy fresh fish from the wharf. I want to try to keep things simple in  thought (I think way to much) and love. Visit the the Farallon Islands 27 miles west of my bedroom window. Do something awesome on 11.11.11. Become the best damn juicer with my new Christmas Juicer from Jen! I'm sure I'll think of others, but this is what is top of mind right now.
